The vampire bites back: Coming off the fourth installment of The Twilight Saga, in which she plays V.F.F. to Kristen Stewart’s Bella, Ashley Greene has experienced her fair share of Twilightfandom: “People ask me to bite them, and I’m just like, You know it’s a movie, right?”>

Give me a V! Before landing on the big screen, Greene was a competitive cheerleader. “I’ve fallen, I’ve gotten dropped—people have just not caught me. My bones crack now in ways that a 24-year-old’s bones should probably not crack!”

Bright lights, big city: As the new face of DKNY, Greene has been spending a lot of time in the Big Apple, taking a break from fame. “There’s something about New York that I absolutely love. You know, no one in New York cares about me. It’s great. Everyone has their own business to attend to. Everyone’s got somewhere to be.” 

Going places: The year ahead will be a busy one for Greene, who will be appearing alongside Jennifer Garner and Olivia Wilde in this month’sButter and starring in the upcoming thriller The Apparition—oh, and did we mention the finale of theTwilight franchise,Breaking Dawn: Part 2? >

Tripple threat: Her charmed acting career has already stoked further moviemaking ambitions in the young actress and model: “I think it’s a really nice kind of segue into possibly producing in the future and developing films,” she says.
